From the Introduction by Dr Barbara Mróz
It is an important publication because at present the market lacks valuable titles discussing the application of qualitative and quantitative methods to examine how people function in the working environment. Without controversy there is no scientific development. The papers included in this volume can be a valuable starting point for many management psychologists and serve further reflection and studies on the possibilities and limitations of qualitative and quantitative methods. The application of these methods makes it possible to gather interesting psychological data about professionally active individuals.
