When sophomore hacker and black-belt Toby Klein moves to Bayport, cheer is the last thing on her to-do list. But after a mysterious note urges her to audition for the squad, she realizes that behind those pom-poms is a dangerous secret.    

The Squad is the government’s secret weapon—elite spies hidden in plain sight. As cheerleaders. And they need Toby. There's a classified  information leak in Bayport and Toby has the skills to mastermind a plan to retrieve critical intel from the only person who has it—the most popular boy at school. 

But being in the Squad is dangerous. Evil lurks in Bayport, and Toby’s newfound makeover has put a spotlight on her. Possibly even more dangerous though, a growing attraction to her mark might just get her killed.
